Wait — Do You Know Where Your God Is?

You’ve heard this type of question asked to parents who have young children who are just beginning to explore the world around them: “Parents, do you know where your children are?” You may have even heard a similar question asked middle aged or older children about their parents who may be experiencing Alzheimer’s Disease or other forms of dementia: “Due to their mental condition, you need always know where your parents are.” Either way, it is to remind us if we are sure that those we are responsible for and who we love are safe and well cared for.  It is meant as a gentle and loving reminder concerning the fact that sometimes we get so caught up in the busy rush of our modern daily lives that we forget what is really important.
